Blocks are 20" x 20" mounted on 30" x 30" museum board, 2.77 s.f. each The blocks are sewn Japanese papers and new and re-cycled silk. They are glued and wrapped around 2" pieces of museum board and glued to dowels of different heights. This gives them the appearance of floating. They must be framed in shadowbox frames under glass. Spotlights give the background interesting shadows. There is a pencil drawn grid underneath which determines the placement of the pieces which is part of the design. $695.00 each
